development of video

I have been playing around with the level of blur i had on the video. I am keen on blur 03, the current blur i have is blur 02 and looking back i do think it is to much. i am still keen for it not to be to literal tho and to still be a soft mix of colors.

rotoscope example

This is an example of my working from original video to the finished rotoscope scene. i have added a moving textured background that was made from lots of different images from screwed up paper. i think this adds a bit more to the video compared to the one with just the standard static block colored back ground.

Editing the Dance video

I spent a while editing the final sequence and the class decided to go with that one. after making the video in final cut i then decided to add camera movement and cropping of some shots once the video was opened in after effects. I knew i was going to do this when i was cutting the clips in final cut. I thought this was important to do because i wanted to crop on only the action and also follow some movement so that the dancers apear to be in the center of the screen most of the time.
